Recipe: Orange-Ginger sports drink

This orange-ginger-drink works as an excellent sports drink during or after a workout! 🏋️⛷️

 🍊 Orange-Ginger sports drink 🍊
 - Grated ginger
 - Ice cubes or crushed ice
 - 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
 - 250 ml orange juice
 - A pinch of sea salt
 - Juice of 1/2 lime
 - 500 ml water or sparking water
 - A couple of orange slices to garnish

Enjoy immediately or take it with you to your workout in a shaker or drinking bottle!🧋🧊

If you take a drink with you in a closed bottle, it is recommended to use normal water instead of carbonated water so that pressure does not build up in the bottle ✔️
