Terms of delivery

Shipping costs

The delivery costs of our products and services are based on the total value of your order and the country of delivery. See the shipping costs for each order separately in the shopping cart.


Sending your order

We try to send all packages as soon as possible on weekdays. The products are delivered by a third party (e.g. Posti) to the office of that operator that is closest to the selected delivery address. Please note that since the product is delivered to you by a third party, we cannot influence the order's delivery schedule, and we are not responsible for possible delays. We are not responsible for possible damage during transport in any delivery form or situation.

If you order several products at the same time, we always try to deliver the products in one shipment. If one of the ordered products is just coming to our warehouse, we will wait for it to arrive before sending the entire order to you.


When can you expect your package?

All orders are sent as quickly as possible and we aim to deliver orders from our own warehouse in Finland within 1-3 business days. To the rest of Europe, we aim to deliver the products from our own warehouse within 4-7 business days. The delivery time for products delivered to the rest of the world is country-specific.

You will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation in your email when your package is on its way.


Minimum order value

There is no minimum order value.


Delivery instructions

Depending on the delivery method you choose, you can add delivery instructions regarding the delivery of the ordered products when choosing the delivery method. We try to pass on these instructions to the service provider offering product deliveries as best we can. However, we do not guarantee that the instructions in question will always reach the supplier of the products. If you ask for your package to be left unattended in a 'safe place', this is at your own risk and we cannot reimburse you for lost or weather damage.


The delivery information you provide

If any of the delivery information you provide is incorrect, and we have not been notified of the corrections before sending the products - we do not take responsibility for the completed shipment. We will not resend or refund your order unless the delivered product is received by us in resalable condition. Additional/other delivery costs remain to be paid by the customer.


Our delivery destination

We are a company located in Finland, which basically delivers the products it sells to all member countries of the European Union. During the order phase, you can see whether we deliver our products to your country of order.



We do our best to ensure that the product you order is delivered to you safely and environmentally friendly. However, if the product is damaged during delivery, you as a customer should primarily contact the company that delivered the product to you and demand compensation from them. If, on the other hand, you are not satisfied with the product and want to return it, you can contact our e-mail at . We offer a 14-day right of return for all products ordered from us. Returning products is subject to a fee . We try our best to offer you, as a customer, such comprehensive product information before making a purchase decision and ordering the product that you avoid needlessly returning the ordered products. This way we also save the environment.
