Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I order a product?

A: You can order the product you want by first adding it to the shopping cart and then opening the Shopping Cart from the button on the top right of the webpage. The shopping cart guides you to place the order. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email, after which we will deliver the product you ordered to your nearest post office.

 

Q: What different payment methods can I use to pay for products?

A: You can use, for example, several different payment cards to pay for your order. We also offer flexible payment options through our partner Klarna, you can see more information about these in the payment phase.

 

Q: Do I have to pay for the delivery of the products?

A: The delivery of the products is basically subject to a fee, and the amount of the delivery fee varies depending on the delivery address and the size of the order in euros. You can find more information about delivery fees here .

 

Q: Oh my. I ordered the wrong product. I want to change my order, how do I do it?

A: After placing the order, you can no longer directly change the order yourself. However, you can contact us. We will do our best to make the changes you want. You can find our contact information here .

 

Q: Can I pay for my purchase later?

A: We try to offer the most versatile options for paying for orders. Our partner Klarna also offers timed payment options. For more information on different payment methods, see the payment phase of the order.

 

Q: I have a discount code. How do I use it?

A: You can enter the discount code in the shopping cart before paying for the order.

 

Q: Is paying in your online store safe?

A: It is. Our online store is built on top of the well-known Shopify platform. Online store payments are made through Shopify and Klarna.

 

Q: I put the wrong contact information on the order. How did I act?

Deliveries & Returns

Q: Can I track my order?

A: We try to provide a tracking code for as many orders as possible to track the order. You can find the tracking code in your email. If there is no tracking code in your email, you can inquire about it and/or the progress of the order by contacting us by email. You can find our contact information here .

 

Q: How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?

A: We deliver all our orders from our own warehouse. An estimate of the delivery time for each product is shown when ordering. Packages in Finland arrive within 1-3 business days of placing the order. Packages to the rest of Europe arrive in about 4-7 business days.

 

Q: What are the different shipping methods I can choose?

A: Shipping methods vary depending on the shipping address. You can see the different delivery options when placing an order.

 

Q: Do I have to pay customs duties or additional taxes?

A: The value added tax included in the products is stated at the order stage and the value added tax is included in the price. Possible customs fees may apply depending on the country of your order. Paying such customs fees is always the customer's responsibility. Our products are always delivered to our customers from our own warehouse in Finland.

 

Q: How do I return the product I purchased?

A: We offer a 14-day paid return right for all orders. You can return the product by contacting us by email, after which we will provide you with detailed return instructions. A: There is not. We offer a 14-day paid return right for our products. The cost of returning the product is always calculated on a case-by-case basis and must cover the freight and postage costs incurred for mailing and returning the products.

 

Q: From when is the 14-day right of return calculated?

A: The calculation of the right to return begins with the receipt of the product.

 

Q: I returned a product I purchased. When will I get my money back?

A: We will refund the amount you paid, minus the return costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product to the payment method you originally used.

A: If the product you bought has been damaged in transit, we ask you to primarily contact the company that transported the package to you and seek compensation from them. If the product broke during use and the breakdown was not the result of the user's carelessness or failure to follow the product instructions, you can ask us for compensation for the faulty product.
